Intensive course of botanical watercolor – Dry leaves

From 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00

We trample the dry leaves, we sweep them, generally we don’t stop to observe them, if anything we undertake to eliminate them, the dry is part of what we consider waste but in reality, looking carefully, it is a singular and interesting world.

When the leaves fall they have finished their life cycle, marked like all lives by twists, lost colors, healed wounds, they tell us their story, studying and painting them will be like listening to them and making them live again.

It is a course suitable for those who already have some experience, because it allows them to develop in depth concepts already addressed but still to be improved, but also for beginners who wish to approach this art and learn the basics of painting in a more concentrated way.

It is a full immersion in the study of observation and pictorial technique.

Courses are held at the headquarters of the Cultural Association “Firenze Alchemica” at 3/red Metastasio Street (Porta Romana area).

The subjects to be portrayed and watercolor paper will be provided by the teacher
