Inside Palazzo Medici, an elegant architectural creation made by Michelozzo, there is a special area full of sapiential references: the “private” chapel of the Medici. On the walls of that precious “casket”, between the glitter of gold and lapis lazuli, Benozzo Gozzoli was able to immortalize the mysterious journey of the three wise Magi, initiated into an ancient Eastern solar doctrine but still capable of transmitting its secret message to us, in the present day.

The visit will continue in the halls of the palace where we will be able to admire the reproduction of the famous “Medici diamond”, which recalls the Medici’s passion for precious stones and their talismanic aspect, and will end in the unique exhibition “Benozzo Gozzoli and the Magi Chapel”.
