Magical and alchemical Venice

Florence Alchemica’s guide Rachel Valle will lead us through the Venetian streets to discover the hidden and secret face of an unknown and shrouded Venice.

The itinerary includes the Jewish ghetto, the Campo dei Mori (Islam), the Greek Orthodox church, the places of Bianca Cappello, the alchemical frescoes of Domus Grimani.

Approximate travel times:

7 AM: departure from Impruneta, Florence

At about 10 AM: arrival in Mestre, Venice

10AM-12.30PM: tour of the Jewish ghetto, Campo Mori, Greek Orthodox church, Palazzo Cappello

12.30PM-3PM: lunch break

3PM-6PM: Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Grimani

6.30-9PM: departure from Venice

10.30 PM: return to Florence

The route is not recommended for those with walking disabilities. Lunch is based on individual preference.
