We will rediscover the secret alchemical path conceived by Francesco I de ‘Medici and created by Buontalenti.

The symbolic path is taken from Costanza Riva’s book ‘Pratolino, the alchemical dream of Francesco I de’ Medici, symbols, myths and allegories’.

In the enchanting park of Pratolino, a menu made with some of the most popular recipes of the most important women of the Medici family.

With these dishes, you will be able to immerse yourself in the old Florence, as if you were truly part of a banquet with Francesco and Bianca, which served the same food we will taste together.
